Refunds and Exchanges

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed, less shipping.

In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund.

If damage occurs during delivery, we will be happy to recreate the original piece. However, many of our pieces are limited edition and recreating may not always be possible.

We do not offer exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our merchandice are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
